This is the second size in the high voltage Provo Type series. Other sizes include the No.2 (CD 282), No.0 (CD 249), and the experimental No.4 (303.5). In the 1915 Western Electric catalog, this style was officially Hemingray No.74, though no specimens exist embossed with this style number.
