This is the smallest of the high voltage Provo Type series, followed by No.1 (CD 283), No.0 (CD 249), and the experimental No.4 (303.5). In the 1915 Western Electric catalog, this style was officially Hemingray No.73, though no specimens exist embossed with this style number.
