In addition to drawing the monthly Laugh Lines comics for Crown Jewels of the Wire Magazine, I have also drawn a few awards for Best Use of Power Insulators, given out by the Greater Chicago Insulator Club at past National shows.
My first drawings definitely showed my Laugh Lines influence. Later on, though, I took the opportunity as a departure to try and draw insulators more realistically.
