CD 102 Hemingray No.14: (F-Skirt) HEMINGRAY / Nº14 SB
This is a curious little piece, known as a "pony" style insulator. What makes this piece interesting is that the style number 14 was also used for two other Hemingray styles: CD 202 and CD 160. I suspect this piece dates to around 1900 and is the second of the No.14's, coming after the CD 202, and before the CD 160. While book value is relatively low on these, they are pretty uncommon. It's even more uncommon to find one with a neat amber splotch dead center!
