Hemingray Insulator Profile: CD 280.1  
This is a rare (possibly experimental) variant of the more common CD 280, a triple petticoat high voltage style. This particular piece has a pointed dome rather than the more common rounded dome. It was rightfully assigned its own CD number in 2015.
